Designing and developing the built environment is a challenging task. Sustainability is a critical parameter in any development. Thus, urban planners, architects, valuers, and engineers need a robust tool to assist decision-making.

In this four-week course from Universiti Malaya, you’ll learn the basics of geographic information systems; its concept, how it works, and how GIS can utilize the disciplines in the built environment. By the end of this course, you’ll be ready to take the GIS technical course.
